Endometriosis-friendly eating, every day.

Endo-Food helps you map your personal food tolerance and find recipes that fit. Aligned with your cycle. Whether you cook alone or with the people at your table.

We take your experience seriously.

Not „studies say you should avoid X". Instead: you mark ingredients the way you actually experience them. Yogurt feels fine, tomatoes hit hard on day three. Endo-Food does not add anything that supposedly „helps with endometriosis".

Your experience counts. One short rating per ingredient, optionally a note like „evenings only" or „in small amounts". That is enough to build a list that truly belongs to you.

I finally wanted to write down what my body actually tolerates. Without guidebooks that contradict each other.

We help you cook, not research.

„I have lentils and want something warm." That is enough. The AI takes your list, checks what you tolerate, and suggests a recipe. No 20 tabs, no Pinterest spiral, no frustration of ending up with plain pasta again.

You can also photograph a recipe or type your own idea. Endo-Food turns it into a clean structure with ingredients and steps. What you save stays with you.

Finally an idea that does not start with „you could always cook rice".

We do not leave you on your own.

Your partner sees the same list, the same recipes, the same shopping notes. Meals become a shared thing, not your sole burden.

Anyone without a cycle can still take part. As a supporter they follow your current phase and see what currently fits. If both of you have a cycle, each person sees their own phase. You can also curate for one another.

My partner finally understands why I sometimes need exactly this one dish.
