Not „studies say you should avoid X". Instead: you mark ingredients the way you actually experience them. Yogurt feels fine, tomatoes hit hard on day three. Endo-Food does not add anything that supposedly „helps with endometriosis".
Your experience counts. One short rating per ingredient, optionally a note like „evenings only" or „in small amounts". That is enough to build a list that truly belongs to you.
I finally wanted to write down what my body actually tolerates. Without guidebooks that contradict each other.
