Delete your account

We remove your data completely and irreversibly.

This page fulfils Apple's requirement that account deletion must also be possible without an installed app. Once a server-side delete flow is in place, an automatic form will appear here as well.

Delete in the app (recommended)

The fastest way is inside the app itself:

Open the Endo-Food app
Go to the Profile tab
Scroll down to Delete account
Confirm with your password or Face ID

All your personal data is irreversibly removed within 30 days.

Delete by email (alternative)

If you no longer have access to the app — e.g. because you uninstalled it — write to:

Body: Please include the email address or handle you used to register.

You will receive confirmation within 48 hours. For security reasons we verify requests manually and may ask you to prove your identity (e.g. by replying from your registered email address).

What happens after deletion?

Your login is disabled immediately.
Profile, tolerance list, recipes, images and cycle data are fully removed within 30 days.
Content you shared with household members or the public may remain there but is no longer linked to your profile.
Backups are removed within our technical retention cycles (typically within 90 days).

What does not get deleted?

Anonymised, statistical data without personal reference (e.g. „app was opened X times") cannot be traced back to you and is retained for app improvement.
