How does the tolerance list work?
In the app you mark each ingredient as „good", „neutral" or „trigger" based on your personal experience. That rating drives recipe suggestions and filtering.
Are my recipes public by default?
No. Recipes and lists are private by default. You decide per item whether only you, your household, your followers or the community can see them.
What is a „household"?
A household is a group of people who share the same tolerance list and recipe pool — for example you and your partner. Cycle settings stay personal per person.
How safe is my data?
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on EU-based servers. Details in our privacy policy.
How does the AI work?
AI features use Google's Gemini model. Your requests are anonymised before being sent. AI assessments are general guidance and do not replace medical advice.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: „Profile → Delete account". Or via the website: Delete account.
Something is broken — what do I do?
Describe the issue briefly and, if possible, attach a screenshot. Also useful: your iOS version, the app version (Profile → About) and an approximate time of the incident.
